Such a cute place! Located in the M resort Casino. Plenty of parking available. This bakery has amazing cakes and croissants!

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. The two employees and the manager were unbelievably rude on 10/12/23 after 6pm. Their partnership with Rockin Christmas made the mistake of not passing out vouchers for a free cup of hot chocolate and I wasn't aware until I went on M Resorts website after we completed the light show. Baby Cakes put the fault on us and said we had to go back into the cold (with my 6 month old son) to get our voucher from them. The employee was rude, sighed, and made us feel like a burden. The manager acted like she did us a favor giving us 4 hot chocolates, that took 20 minutes to make and were served luke warm at its best. I saw right through her artificial kindness. We inquired about another voucher that should have been given to us and that took another 45 minutes to complete. They seemed surprised that we waited that long. Instead of being rude to your customers, how about address the mix up with your partnership with Rockin Christmas employees. So much for happy holidays at the M Resort, they're all miserable. I'll have to pray for them. Stay away if possible.

This was my first time at this establishment and the deserts was tasty but the manager and the trainer of the poor girl was rude and the cashiers was mean. I have never had a customer service as rude to a customer in all my life and I work in customer service. Please fix that mess. I felt bad for the girl training

The staff is friendly and the place is quiet and clean, but the sweets are plain and too sweet, nothing especially.

I love this bakery I always have a great experience but today Jennifer gave me the worst customer service just rude. I gave her 0 star . I still love their cake just the way she treats me that makes me feel unwanted.

Upscale bakery with beautiful pastries

Wow, best pastries! They look heavy but they are light and fluffy. Service is great! I recommend everything, awesome caramel macchiato.
