Fantastic and totally unique place in Fresno. First of all, if you haven’t tried it before they specialize in coffee mixed with cardamom and other spices. It’s a unique warm taste that goes really well with the variety of different little pastries they have on the menu. I tried something that looks like a sweet slice of pizza but tasted just yummy and perfect with coffee. Great place to gather with a couple of friends and take your time catching up around a big pot shared and kept warm with a tea light to the sound of middle eastern music. You can also buy a bag of their blended coffee right there and repeat the experience at home. The owners are very nice and friendly.

My husband and I have coffee dates here. We get a medium kettle of coffee, which is conducive for a nice long conversation. It is a great way to escape our chaotic house of children.

I stopped in to try a Turkish coffee on a Saturday morning. I ended up having the Bab Al-Yemen special, coffee, milk, sugar, and cardamon. It was amazing.

I wanted to try their Khaliat Nahal Honeycomb Bread, since it's recommended in their Google reviews, and I wasn't disappointed, this cream cheese filled, honey drizzled bread is delicious. I also got aromatic Turkish coffee, a bit too strong for my palate TBH, but they have many coffee choices. I loved the beautiful presentation. With the Middle Eastern set-up and music you'll feel like you're not in Fresno

Got the honey comb bread because of everyone else’s review and it didn’t disappoint! The bab alyemen and aden shai latte were also tasty if you like cardamom
