Let’s B honest… This place popped up on my social media so I decided to give it a quick lookup and see how honest the foodies are… This place took over the corner spot of Pho 37 and Pho 37 moved to the other end of the plaza. There are plentiful of parking spaces available so all you Richmond drivers just chill the freak down… Inside is nicely renovated with 2 big tables at the front, bar and counter next to it, follow by the kitchen and tables all along the window. It’s well ventilated with a comfortable atmosphere. Here were the food I ordered to try; 1. Sweet and spicy pineapple mocktail. A light little refreshing drink. 2. Firecrackers jumbo red shrimps. The sauce was okay, but I personally preferred shrimps/prawns in shells, I find them tastier that way, plus look more appealing and bigger in size. 3. B Simple chicken wings. Very nicely done! Skin had that light crisp all around, meat was plump and juicy, fresh and all the ingredients fused together which gave it that little spicy kick to it. Almost perfect! 4. Red curry mussels. Tasty little sauce but the mussel meats were tiny, need to get the plump juicy ones from a better supplier. 5. Vietnamese chicken noodle soup. As simple as it may look, but in reality it’s quite tasty; the broth was hot and flavourful, the crispy chicken skin leg was tasty and went well with the noodle soup. 6. Seafood boil. It wasn’t on the menu when I was there but asked for it and they were okay to make it for me, so thank you for that! However, it became more of a salmon seafood chowder than a seafood boil. The little salmon chunks were overcooked and turned to little flakes (salmon gets too dry and flaky for a soupy seafood boil, not the best choice for this dish), too much broth and a bit too watery (don’t need to over flow on the sauce like a pot of soup, it’s a seafood boil not a seafood chowder). Would love to see some sliced or minced sausage and corn in it. Anyways nice attempt! Overall, the food was okay, could use some adjustment and improvement on certain ingredients. The service no doubt was very warm, attentive, and welcoming. Quite a handful of people came through the door thinking it’s still Pho 37 (guess not everyone can read the restaurant name or in denial that it’s not Pho 37 anymore). Let’s B real, everything was okay, not as hyped up as the foodies claimed it to B…

First time here and everything was amazing. We tried just about every happy hour dish and they were so delicious. If I had list the top favourites: 1. Tuna Cups 2. Pork Belly Bao 3. Korean Chicken Taco 4. Seafood Croquettes 5. Simple B (Salt & Pepper) Chicken Wings 6. Garlic Soy Chicken Wings Food came out super fast and service was very friendly. Can’t got wrong with any of the plates. Will need to come back and try the other items on the menu.

Food was amazing and so was atmosphere. Service was fast and waitress was very kind, asking for utensils and refilling/taking waters and plates whenever needed. Insanely good fusion food.

We came here for dinner because of the good reviews online. For starters we had the green papaya salad, which was crunchy and tangy, and the honey soy fried wings, which was crispy and savory on the outside and juicy inside. Both were really good choices as starters. We shared the braised pork belly rice and the steak frites as the mains. The pork belly was nicely charred on the edges, giving it a nice bite and melts in your mouth after. The rice and raw salad that came with it was a nice compliment. The steak frites were a little mushy for our taste and the fries were not crispy enough. We also requested for the Korean chicken bites with the sauce on the side for my niece. She seemed to enjoy the bites, which says a lot as she's a picky eater. Overall a good experience for dinner but they seem to have more options for brunch. I'll have to try that another day.

The entire restaurant smelled really bad for some reasons. We ordered Valentine’s menu $55/ person ( available for 2+ people). We only got those and a small shared dessert for 2 orders. The main dish was too salty and partially overcooked. With this amount and quantity, I feel $110+tax is pretty expensive.

B HOUSE (Richmond) This Asian fusion brunch place opened up not too long ago! Service was excellent and food was pretty good! I would definitely come back! They opened up the dinner menu along with the brunch menu which was nice. Here is what I got in order of preference: STEAK FRITES $28.99 Grilled 6oz Top Sirloin, cajun fries, fresh herb, shrimp-mushroom thermidore sauce. This was very good! Loved the flavour of it all! B HOUSE BREAKFAST BOWL $25.99 Sliced beef and mushroom in pork jus, Bang Bang prawns, tomato hash brown, spinach, fresh herb, poached egg, truffle hollandaise. I don’t even need to describe it, it just sounds gooooood! Next time I’ll try either the Korean Chicken Hash or the Pork Belly Bowl =)

Visited for brunch and would definitely come back to try the dinner service. Nice vibes, simple and clean decor, warm friendly staff and great food, came here for a fix of good brunch food and didn't disappoint. The Vietnamese iced coffee is already blended and rich in flavour. The papaya salad had just the right amount of dressing and a great crunch, the honey toasted nuts are a great addition. The Korea chicken hash had a good sauce that wasn't spicy but went well with the dish. The chicken was crunchy, and the potatoes were softer to offer a balance. Our favourite (other than the coffee lol) was the lobster sandwich. It's an upgraded lobster roll with chunky lobster, fresh arugula salad, tangy pineapple and edamame salsa sandwiched between crunchy flaky buns. The fries are hot and crunchy. All foods were served with great presentation and packed with flavour.

They have the BEST eggs Benedict. Highly highly recommend! Very fresh papaya salad as well. The waitress was also very sweet and attentive.
