Good southern buffet with the staples (they stick to what they are good at). The service is decent, but the cashier seemed preoccupied and ran the transaction without acknowledgment. The atmosphere is simple and all flatware and plates are plastic and Styrofoam, giving you the feeling of eating at a fast food restaurant and not a casual dining establishment. Sadly, I believe they've outpriced their product and I likely won't return.
This past Sunday a week ago. I called to see about catering. I was told to call back Tuesday at 11:00, but I called after noon. I was asked to hold and then I was hung up on. So I called back at 3:00 that afternoon and I told the young girl that I wanted to see about prices, so she took my name and number. So I never received an call back from the manager. So I called on Thursday and talked to the manager and she told me that she's cut off taking orders. This is poor customer service from the manager of this restaurant! I was treated like like she could care less where she got my business or not! Very disappointing!
It's a bit overpriced at $15 a person but The food is okay except for the spaghetti. I don't know who puts ketchup in spaghetti I mean that just doesn't seem right when marinara sauce exists and is way better. In conclusion it's not a terrible place to eat but in my opinion it's just not worth $15.
