My favorite place for sushi
Restaurant was filthy, the tables and booths were dirty and the floor was sticky. The service was so bad after waiting 20 minutes for a server who showed up and said she be right back. We ended up leaving.
January 5, 2024 - we got our receipt with the charge of $59.35, we gave the server our card immediately, and we received a receipt with a charge of $109.35 . I can tell Kevin, our waiter, felt bad about this mistake and wanted to help us with a solution. He called the manager, but he came in rude and not offered any solutions for having violated our rights and charged a $50+ difference on the card without us seeing the actual/updated receipt. All he did was raise his voice at us and ask us rhetorical questions. Once he realized other people heard him, he lowered his voice. Either way, he did not offer a solution for this mistake done by the establishment for charging an amount we didn't see prior to the charge being made.. Bad customer service from the manager. I wish he could have offered a coupon or a refund on one item. It was the least they could do.
