Of all the birria we've tried in Arizona and phoenix, still the best place for it. Absolutely love the food and I'm really sad that we live in Mesa now and can't visit all the time like we used to. We've catered with them twice as well and the food is outstanding every single time, and people can't stop talking about it even still 2 years later. My one comment, they are really difficult to get a hold of as far as the catering goes and it takes some persistence to get a response from someone to confirm an order for catering. I'm told that you have to go through their social media, but when I do it takes at least a few days or a week or more to get a response. Aside from that though the food is absolutely stellar.
Sad case of suffering from success. Food was great, but the attention to the quality of side dishes has all but vanished. Service has gradually grown to be worse and worse. Prices going up, wait times egregious (59 minutes for a pickup order while the store was NOT busy). Need to get back to doing things right or I don’t see them lasting once the TikTok fame fades.
Wish I could put 10 ⭐ first time there and I loved it! You have got to check this place out! You will not be disappointed!
Sometimes you can just tell a place is good by the pictures and this is one of those places. Meat was seasoned well, juicy, and tender.
BOMB!! Some of THEE BEST Birria ever. Update! Here 3/29/24 around 4pm. Not a lot of people inside. Service is amazing and tentative. Food was freaking delicious! Got quesabirria tacos and still bomb! Update! Went back April 6th. Ordered pick up. ♀️ I should have known based on the call, this wasn’t going to go well. That persons customer service is horrible. But the part that made me question going back was the actual food. The Birria was tasteless. Like how?! The consome tasted more like water than anything else. Is dining in guaranteeing flavor and customer service?
Visiting from Washington State and it’s sad to say Phoenix food has disappointed. We had high expectations for the birria here. Girl who took our order recommended The Birria King Burrito. The birria had a weird FISH taste to it My husband who could literally eat anything only ate half of it. Consomé or salsa did not help with the taste I ordered an Al Pastor quesadilla which was good but I will say their limonada and horchata were the best thing we tried there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Place is small and can get cramped when it's busy, but the food is excellent and the service is great.
