No other place I would go to. Always good food and affordable for how much is given! Parking: About 4-5 spots on the side so it’s a little hard but it’s okay to find one a little further in.

Looks and feels that it's had its best days years ago. Dim sum: only above the frozen stuff at the store. Lady forgot I was even there, possibly because I wasn't at a table. Atmosphere "just feels dirty." Need I say more? Nope!

Food is great! Try their lobster special. Friendly staff. Parking is free and easy. For atmosphere, we got seated next to a window with graffiti. Kinda reminds you of the rougher neighborhood you're in.
