The burgers were not put under a heat lamp, I guess to keep the tomatoes cold. The fries were hot and fresh. However, as we got about halfway though the fries, there was hair. The employees did not wear hairnets, gloves, or masks. We informed the on duty manager about the hair. She offered us new fries, which I profoundly said no as I had lost my appetite. We have no plans to return.

10 min before I was helped. The person couldn't answer my questions. She walked away and somebody helped after several minutes. Won't every go to this store againThanks Bruce

This location has literally had a, our ice cream machine is broken sign over there drive through menu, for the last few months. I find this incredibly hard to believe. And have had no problems with any other location in the Denver area. What’s going on?
