I've probably been here 10 times and I have yet to get my order delivered correctly. Fries are always the wrong size and apparently "plain" means "extra mayo" to them. I'm over it.

I guess one of their machines was broke so it took longer to cook that's what they told me but my experience was Terrible we waited over 25 minutes for three burgers the cheese wasn't melted the patties looked old, the ice in our drinks melted by the time they brought it out can we paid 26 bucks for burgers that look like they've been sitting out for an hour I love their Papa burgers but this time I had a bad experience

Are you ever going to reopen your lobby? I get that you needed to in the beginning for a couple months but most every other fast food has had there lobbies open for over a year now. I always have a truck and trailer and cannot access drive thru. I like to sit and rest and have my lunch.Always loved A&W and their fresh root beer. Whats the point if you can't even sit down and have a refill. Hope you reopen soon or I will never go to another A&W in my life. Was understanding for a long time because of the circumstances but this getting ridiculous.

This is probably one of the slowest restaurants I've ever been to they put stuff on your food without you asking I ordered a A1 and got something with bacon on it the workers are rude
