"Would you like to try our new...chicken sandwich?"Please get rid of this fake auto-greeting in the drive through. I start every visit feeling insulted.I would much rather wait a minute for a real person to be ready.I feel rude when I don't respond, and foolish when I do.From what I gather, it's the regional manager's voice, and he won't let the stores get rid of it. The hesitation before "chicken sandwich" seems designed convince us it's not a recording, which ads to the insult each visit.4 stars if not for that.

It's a fast food burger joint. Did you expect the greatest food on earth? Orders get messed up more often than not. Burgers are sloppy.
