AVO TACO

Pros: The environment and vibe is fun Lots of seating The Birria Tacos were well seasoned and flavorful and I would order them again I wouldn’t say cons more like “awkward things”: -Weren’t greeted at the door (we were the first customers for the day and stood around for a bit then sat ourselves) -My friend asked for no onions on her tacos and was told that would be okay but then was only given onions. Not exaggerating when i say there’s was nothing else but onions in the taco. There was a moment of confusion in regards to the birria tacos but the great thing about our experience is that they corrected themselves. And once my friend showed them that her order was wrong they kindly switched her platter to a different item on the menu without charging us for the mistake which was nice. I would try this place again to give them another chance.

The tacos are well worth the price and the shrimp/fish is fresh tasting. I lived in LA for a few years and became a bit of a taco snob… these are absolutely comparable to some of the best I had out there. Airy, open space with lively thoughtful decor, super friendly staff, and festive music. I found my new place for margaritas and tacos. (Sorry Tequila Sunrise). The margs here made fresh, strong and large. Plus there’s a variety. Oh yeah, and they infuse their own rum and tequila.

I like the decor of the restaurant. The food is consistent and tasty.

Arrived here around 7pm on a Sunday for a quick bite for 2. The employees were wonderful, professional, and attentive. I have ordered and enjoyed the seared tuna bowl in the past so I went with that choice. It tasted great as expected however, the brown rice & quinoa was old. Unfortunately, the grains of brown rice were noticeably tough and dry (think bottom/side of the pot cooked rice left on warm setting all day).

Came here for lunch with a friend yesterday and the food was delicious. Our server, Anaise, was attentive and made some excellent recommendations. The magic black beans are truly “magical” so goood!!

The food is really good. The service is wonderful. The food comes out very fast. I love the atmosphere, which is a cool out place.
