Avila's El Ranchito - Laguna Niguel

Boiled, gray cane asada. Chicken mole was chicken breast cut up in a vat of mole sauce. Gross. Margaritas sere even not good somehow

Great margaritas! And the Shrimp and Carnitas Botano is incredible! We get it every time we come here and everyone around us always asks what it is. It’s a must try!

Food was good. Prices were really high. Would be nice if they had some lunch specials.

I have been to all Avila's El Ranchito locations, and out of all the servers I've had, Ivan provided exceptional service. Thank you to not only Ivan but the rest of the staff at this location.

When we first walked in, there was an open seat in the next section but two employees were sitting at a table near the entrance so they got up, gave us the table, and had it wiped down. The chips were very salty and we had to ask for new ones. The shrimp ceviche was pretty good. The bartender makes great drinks! Parking: There’s a free, open parking lot to park. They have wheelchair accessible parking in the parking lot but it’s a very busy area so parking isn’t always available close by. Wheelchair accessibility: The door at the entrance requires someone else to open it for a wheelchair to get through.

Nice Mexican restaurant venue. The prices are high. Only had afternoon cocktails for four. $56. A bit pricey but I think it's because of the rent cost of the facility is high.
