Glad to hear this place shut down, I attempted to go there once and never went back. My father and I went for breakfast and as we walked in the door the hostess quickly stated that my father who had jeans and a shoulder cut shirt on was not allowed to sit at a normal table and we could be seated at the bar because of his attire. This place definitely didn't seem t 5 star or anything so I dont understand why we would have to wear certain clothing but I never went back because it was just so insulting. Not sad this place is shut down at all.
Had the best chicken there. Our server Jeremy was awesome

Ordered a burger, paid extra for onions and mushrooms, came out not cooked ,burger was completely raw, sent back, 20 minutes later, new burger husband done eating. Burger comes out missing onions and mushrooms, 1 sm slice of cheese. Wait another 5 minutes for onions and mushrooms, Burger was over done. Complained but got nowhere. Manager finally took 1/2 off the burger. Said you ate 1/2, I tried to like it, but that didn't happen, and that point I was starving. Won't be going back, ... this was not the 1st time had a bad meal here, but tried to give them another chance. Husband said his cheese steak was good..
Had dinner at Austin's tonight. Waitress was ok, prime rib over cooked and no flavor even after sending it back. My husband had a pork chop ok for moistness but charred so tasted burnt. We won't be back for dinner but their breakfast is ok.
Austin's is a low key resturant trying to build a fan base. Selections are plentiful and not overly fancy.
Lobster tails are terrible. scallops are delicious.
