Austin's American Grill

My wife and I went to Austin's because the price is reasonable, and the food is tasty and consistent. The restaurant is clean with a warm environment. Most of the service staff is friendly and helpful. However, our table server was polite, but not cordial. Austin's off of Harmony road is one of the best casual dining options on the south side of Fort Collins. I recommend the Short Smoked Pork Tenderloin w/Soy Bbq Sauce!

We called ahead to see what the wait was and get our name on the list for a table of nine. We were told to come in, there is no wait. We get there and was told it was an hour wait. We questioned the wait and got a lecture from the male hostess/manager. We waited 70 minutes and they sat us at a table for six. I told him we can’t fit at this table and got another lecture of how busy they were so on and so on. We went to another restaurant. We have been going to Austin’s for a long time. This person had no customer skills and poor communication skills to be dealing with any customers. We will not be back.

Been going to Austin's for years and have never been dissapointed. Their salmon is amazing. Love the harmony location. More intimate than downtown.

Love Austin's! Never a bad meal, staff is always amazing and the restaurant is always clean and orderly.

I have eaten in the restaurant before and it’s always great service. I ordered a French Dip for dinner tonight, I’d had it years ago and remembered it not being my favorite but wanted to give it another chance. Wrong choice. After paying $35 for food and delivery I ended up with a sandwich that smelled and tasted like wet dog. I did try to eat it but the au jus sauce was even more bland that the sandwich and added nothing to it but soggy bread. I had high hopes for Austin’s but I unfortunately won’t be back after this.

Love the bison steak. Yum yum. O and the rest of the menu is great too

The server was honest and knowledgeable about their offerings. He did not steer me wrong. Everything was prepared perfectly.

I had lunch with a couple colleagues and we basically all got the same thing. Prime Rib sandwich - which was really REALLY good. Our waiter was super friendly and took great care of us. I'll be back.
