I saw all the bad reviews but none of that issue. The employee was actually attentive and the pretzel taste good and warm. Maybe it's a certain shift that's garbage? I went after 5PM on a weekday

Absolutely awful experience every time I give them another chance. Horrible service. Pretty much every employee here needs to be fired so they can have a chance at starting fresh. Left here and went to Wetzel Pretzel, where they were happy to have my business and the food was fresh.
