Food was dried out and tough nothing soft about the pretzel. Most Staff are very rude, unprofessional, and Obnoxious with bad attitude Terrible customer service !!! Very poor sanitation by most of staff who work there. They touch with their hand everything!! hair , face, clothing cashier register, dirty money…. And grab food with that hands. disgusting! I will never go this place and never recommend to anyone to coast grand mall location in Myrtle Beach

Amazing place to eat, and for a fresh pretzel to be 10 minutes or less gives the perfect amount of time to window shop nearby stores!

Great customer service on 2/10/24, the entire family loved the cinnamon nuggets and glaze. Also for the first time tried it with the caramel dip and it did not disappoint!
