The new gm Liz is lovely, even gave me an extra icing.

Just lazy! Went for a pepperoni pretzel and they just straight up said they don’t t have any! Usually they say it would take a few minutes to get it done.. but they were too busy with no customers.. talking to this other guy.. If the white gentleman (manager i guess) didn’t ask them to ring me up and make it and it would only take a few minutes.. they would have just kept flirting with the guy that was previously there! And just like magic an old pepperoni pretzel was given to me.. just Horrible! The manager walked away.. but if you are reading this… these people need to be retrained or …….!!!!!

We had the BEST experience ever. The District Manager was Awesome. He truly went over and above with his service. Thanks Dave for just being Great!

I walked up to the counter and the three employees working completely ignored me for five full minutes, instead they kept talking to a friend that was leaning against the glass. I left. As I was walking away a fourth person walked into the store, asked if someone had helped me yet, but by then I was done. Lost sale due to the marked indifference of the employees.

The same picture that “born tee” posted of those guys were the same guys I had a bad experience with mostly the tall guy, I got a sweet almond pretzel I ordered at 12:13 online and I came to pick it up at 12:28 and they hadn’t even started my order. So I said I’d come back and I came back at 12:40 and as im walking back to my stir I open my bag and my pretzel is burned and it didn’t look the way it would usually and I knew if I had to wait til later to eat it, it would’ve been to hard so I came back and told them that it was burned and I was going to ask if they could remake it but the tall guy got an attitude immediately and told me that he had just made it he touched it and said it was soft and i said it’s burned though and he proceeded to have an attitude and asked me if I just wanted my money back I said that was fine with me. I work in the mall and I won’t be going back to that auntie Anne’s again they need to learn better customer service skills and how to talk to customers in certain situations.

This is really my first bad experience at this place. I got my usual which is a newer drink. They switch up from time to time. It’s the the new dragon fruit frost. The guy asked did I want whip cream I said yes. Soon as I drunk it I only tasted whipped cream. I gave it a stir nothing different. He asked what’s wrong I said I only taste whipped cream, he said I’m the first to complain. I asked for more juice he said no because I insulted him. .I said how? He couldn’t tell me, then he said no refunds and to contact HR. For the fact I felt he was rude, petty and unprofessional. For it to be with a so called General Manager Julien Paris completely disgusted at his behavior and professionalism. He has no professionalism. A simple fix turned into mocking, aggressive hand gestures, and absurd tone. I could tell by his behavior he was much younger so all he got from me was a smirk. I do plan on calling head quarters Monday morning to get this rectified. I hate my experience today was this bad.

When I finally got my 4 measly pretzels, which I was told would be 7 minutes fresh out of the oven, it ended up being 30-45 minutes, 2 of the 4 pretzels were cold. Now for that long of a wait all 4 pretzels should've been piping hot. I won't ever return to this Auntie Anne's ever again as long as this crew is working here. I've never had any problems with this location until today.

The staff is so sweet and made my pretzel pizza so delicious. 100% worth it

I really wish I could give ZERO stars. And post pictures. I ordered 2 orders of mini pretzel dogs for delivery. When they got to me they were app inedible because the dough was RAW on every single one. And I'm at work, so I can't exactly just take them back right now. I don't get off of work until 4:30 PM so I'm stuck with inedible food that cost way too much in the first place. I used to love Auntie Anne's and eat there all the time. I think I just remembered why I stopped I won't ever order from them again, delivery or otherwise!!
