So disappointed! We tried to grab a quick snack here on our way out of the mall ($25 for 2 cups of pretzel bites and 2 drinks). We found a hair wrapped into the dough and then it was cooked into the pretzel. Obviously everything quickly went into the trash.
Awful food, awful service, too high prices. Everything is just awful here. $9 for pepperoni pretzels and it was mushed, wet, and the pepperoni was hard as rock.
Employees were playing with the pizza dough passing it on to the other. Even the little one I have said “I won’t be eating there for a year”
I usually buy pretzels here, but today they were definitely raw, when I started eating them you could feel the flour even without cooking and the nuggets were all squashed. They were definitely not good.
Muy ricos....muy recomendables los preztles...
Got a cinnamon pretzel nuggets and they charged me $8 for it. I checked online in Auntie Anne’s website to see if they increased their prices but one cinnamon pretzel nugget is only $5. They overcharged here at this location.
Most disgusting place I’ve been to the mini dogs were so burnt and raw it was my first time eating here never again!
The picture explains everything. Horrible
