This place has to be a joke I remember getting cinnamon rolls from here and they filled the box now they are super tiny not pleased even the boxes got smaller

Took over 30 minutes to prepare food, I was the only one there… also the place is extremely dirty.

Was at the mall and wanted a snack. Stopped at Auntie Anne’s. After I had already ordered, I noticed how filthy this location is. Saw dirty floors, batter splatter on the wall. Things looked unorganized and out of sorts. The lemonade didn’t look right and it was served in a dirty cup. Went back was given a frozen lemonade in a new cup. Which didn’t taste too great either.

Tasted like the pretzel bites had been sitting there all day! Most of then in the cup were hard and any "buttery" topping put on was long gone.
