Auntie Anne's

This place has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I’m not being hyperbolic at all whatsoever. The employees are very unprofessional and straight up ignore lines of waiting customers. The place also seems extremely understaffed which reflects very poorly on their management team, as well as corporate because I wouldn’t be surprised if the lack of staffing was due to nobody wanting to work there due to low pay. Until somebody can step in and give this place a MUCH needed overhaul, Im not coming back here.

In the mall the girl stole a tip out the jar while the other worker wasn't looking and gave me a evil eye not to say anything. It's a shame

No pretzels or pretzels nuggets were available and we arrived. The fountain drink machine was down as well.

I’ve gone here for years and the service has never been good but it’s become absolutely terrible. Won’t be going here anymore :(
