Old woman working at this location is MEAN for no reason…….

EXTREMELY rude old lady at the counter. Asked if they had any pretzels because they sell pretzels at a pretzel SHOP. And she had a whole attitude on why they wouldn’t keep their location stocked. Get the old lady out of there.

Old lady at the counter is so rude, i’ve had two separate interactions with her and both times she was extremely rude and short… and i never got a pretzel. She’s losing this stand money.

Disaster, to much salt guys, not normal, $6 and tips for what? Extremely expensive unhealthy food, last time when I buy Auntie Anne's, totally disaster, Extremely unhappy, poor customer service

She’s Back!

I loved the young lady Kia. Her customer service was extremely excellent. Her window was always full with pretty pretzels and mini dogs . I’m so devastated and discouraged that she was fired. My children loved her warming spirit. She was very loving . I pray you all let her come back. Give her a chance. She’s amazing

We arrive to Annie Pretzel at 7/28/23 at 7pm. The lady said they close at 8:pm and that she is not making any more food and there was no other food option available but two plain pretzels, that’s it. The store hours says they are open until 9:30 pm on Saturday.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service! On 07/21 Me and my family came to this location and purchased a food Item. I happen to notice that one of the items was under cooked, raw dough. I politely communicated this with matter to an employee. At that time the lady manager happen to be right there. She immediately became irratted and aggresive towards us after she asked me if I wanted the item burned and rudely mumbled. The lady cashier that was helping me did give me a refund and I proceeded to leave after that.. I did not want to escalate the situation futher with the manager. About a min after walking away the lady manager comes chasing after us into another store and she wanted to fight and was instigating a physical altercation. At this point we had no choice but to leave the area because this women was screaming, cursing and trying to fight with people. I reported this to the owner and I am still waiting to hear back. I also called the customer service number. Still waiting for a responce.
