The teenagers working here are incompetent: mumbling under their mask, saying they'll go check on the product being cooked and proceeds to stand there with a blank face asking for our order for the 3rd time like they have short term memory loss.

This place has amazing customer service tax is a little high tho. #missingNZ

I work in the mall, and I’m getting tired of hearing these young boys cursing and screaming when customers are present. It’s disrespectful on every level

Came to the Apple store in the mall, decided to grab a quick little snack for myself and my grandson. Pretzel nuggets and the cheese were very cold and they were out of EVERYTHING!!! Very horrible experience!!!!

Every time I come here they literally have nothing available. They NEVER have pretzel dogs (big or small) and the employees are very rude. You can tell they don’t want to be there and they act like you’re bothering them when you ask them simple questions like do you have this item? If not, when can I expect that it will be ready? I won’t be visiting this location again.

The service lady was really rude to me. I was a bit confused with something and she was no help and was kinda of mean.

I dunno if they make the pretzels day in advance and just keep them under a heat lamp, or they order them from some backalley bakery. However, this is NOT the Auntie Anne's you should be going to. The only "fresh" tasting thing here was the pretzel, and as stated, it wasn't that fresh. The cheese was still so cold, it took a bit of effort to get just enough for each bite. To top it all off, the Sprite was absolutely flat. I almost like it was water at a time. Only to be corrected by the sloth-looking pre-teen that it was, indeed, Sprite. Only come here if you hate yourself.
