Friendly staff. I got a bucket of pretzel nuggets and they were hot, fresh and buttery. Love Auntie Anne’s Pretzels

I went back to them for an exchange because I thought they gave me wrong pretzels. It turned out to be my mistake on the order, but she still gave me a new cup of pretzels that I actually wanted.

Google said they would be open until 9 pm on a Saturday night. Drove across town and went up to the booth to see they were closed, and it was only 7:30 PM.

2022-10-15: Google Maps says that Auntie Anne’s opened at 10am this morning. I visited at 10:30am, and the cashier said that they would open at 11am. 2022-06-25: According to Google Maps, Auntie Anne’s in College Mall closes at 9pm on Saturdays. When I visited at 8:15pm, both Auntie Anne’s and College Mall were closed. 2022-06-22: I tried both the original pretzel bites and the pepperoni pretzel bites. I prefer the former. 2022-06-15: I visited Auntie Anne’s in College Mall this afternoon. I tried to buy a small cup of pretzel nuggets. This is on the menu. But the pretzel nuggets on display were already in large cups. I asked can you move them to a small cup instead? No, they cannot.
