Auntie Anne's

I came in to get my birthday pretzel, and Melissa was nothing short of amazing. She was sweet, polite, and quick to get me in and out.

They stopped making pretzels an hour before the closed while one girl swept and mopped and the other two just sat around. Very disappointing was really looking forward to getting a pretzel as were many other customers.

Employees too busy chit chatting to take my order. When they finally do take my order they’re still talking and not paying attention. I asked for a regular pretzel nugget I got a regular pretzel. Worst customer service and food is barely passable.

0 customer service. They’re quite rude & dry. Food was good but girl, is it that hard?

My wife got food poisoning from this store. After eating all the same foods as her the day she got sick, we deduced the only different thing she consumed was Auntie Anne's cheese sauce where I had the honey mustard. Later we split an expensive dinner at another restaurant and she got sick, throwing it all up on the way home. I did not get sick. It's been four miserable days for her since then. I think we're not coming back to any Auntie Anne's ever again.
