Went to place after the holidays and was very disappointed. Everyone who ordered the parm felt sick the next day. Staff were very rude and threw such a hissy whenever they were asked to do anything. They quite literally have the ethos "our way or the highway". Won't be visiting this kip again.

This restaurant is a gem. It offers excellent italian food in a cozy atmosphere. The veal parmesan and burrata are among the best I’ve ever had.

Augustino's is unfortunately very over-hyped. We had been trying to go here for a long time and finally went recently for dinner after getting off the waitlist and multiple calls with a very rude staff member. Ambiance is nice, the place is tiny and cozy. Even for an 8pm reservation we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Cocktails were great, food was standard Italian food but not at all the best Italian food out there or even in Hoboken (I don't believe their pasta is homemade but can't confirm). "Feisty staff" is one way of calling the rude waitstaff. Overall, we had an okay experience but won't return.

its like dinner at your friend's house growing up, if your friend's mom made some of the fattest italian food in the tri state area. Truly truly an incredible time. Special thanks to Denise, the empress behind the bar, for making us immediately feel at home. Menu highlights: - Sunday gravy, the meatball is very serious, best i've had - Bruschetta - Chicken Daniela(? could have the name wrong), basically a spicier chicken parm - icebox cake

Atmosphere and food are the best in Hoboken. Parking: Parking sucks but we all know that about Hoboken..

Augustinos is an institution and everyone should experience it. The food is tasty, the wine selection is good, the portions are hefty, and the service is familial. You come here to have a great meal and feel welcomed, taken care of. Come hungry and order the breaded double pork chop with peppers - spicy and delicious.

Totally overrated. Not good Italian food and I am from Italy. They charged extra for aglio olio. Fish got me sick. With all the great spots in NY and NJ this is definitely a no go.

My husband and two sons had dinner last night… a yearly tradition spending the day in hoboken and going to dinner. Now we found our favorite place to have dinner! The food was outstanding, and Sharon the owner made you feel like you were at your family’s dinner table! Will be returning soon and often!❤️❤️
