The food was good. But they only cared about the bottle service tables … every worker was just standing around taking shots while my friends and I had to beg for a glass of water… and we were never served by a server. But I appreciate the man who didn’t speak any English trying to assist us! You deserve a raise.

Dined here years ago. Quality is not as good . Food is okay . Expensive then, expensive now .

Sat us quickly without a reservation. The food was great and the hostess was professional and very sweet. We’ll be back!

amazing service and food

Atmosphere is great but service is terrible, all of our water cups and drink glasses were dirty, even the second time they brought out “clean” ones, waiter didn’t write any of orders down and forgot 2 of them completely. Would not recommend for the money go anywhere else, would’ve gotten better service at McDonalds.

If I could give ZERO stars i literally would. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, THEY CHARGED MY CARD FOR A RESERVATION THAT I MADE BACK IN DECEMBER. THIS IS THEIR SECOND TIME DOING THIS. They need to be stopped. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE

The worst service in Miami, we were served by a waitress named Paola, who could not control the party and even shouting and rudely went to find people. He didn't help to bring the dinner and the quiet night. It was a big reservation, I think the place doesn't have qualified staff.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. THEY HAVE BEEN STEALING MONEY FROM ME AND CHARING MY CARD 100s of dollars. when you give them your card to hold a table for reservations they will keep that information and repeatedly steal from you

horrible service, food sucks and it's the loudest place on earth, your lungs are going to take a beating from all the yelling you have to do just to have a conversation. stay as far away as possible

I don't know where to start, I'm just gonna try to give everyone a general view of everything: the restaurant looks good, fancy, good music and atmosphere, but unfortunately customer service is the worse we ever had. First the host was bad spoken, bad manners, she has terrible outlook and it was awful receiving the people to the table. We have planned a party for 30 people to celebrate a birthday, and they didn't even find the reservation, then they didn't has ANYONE to offer and start to take the orders. On the side of that when all guest showed up for the celebration, they said we must buy minimun 2 bottles with starting price of $800 to keep the tables, otherwise they will not be able to serve anyone. Just do the math 30 people and everyone about to order food, drinks, appetizers... and they refused it in the first instance. Drinks are over priced, poor quality just ice and decoration. When we decided to leave to another restaurant, they agreed to provide service if we don't get bottles. This experience overall has been terrible. We had a high expectation about this place and unfortunately we have to say it was terrible. Avoid visiting this place and try some other real and nice good restaurants in Miami area. There are plenty of restaurants that you can visit and get serve in an appropriate way and with respect.
