Au Jus

My friends recommended it, so I thought I'd give it a try. Everyone seems to love it. The kitchen was clean and sanitized every time, the customer service was excellent and efficient, and the food was amazing. It has a lot of positive reviews and opinions from people. You should definitely try it. It's really good.

Stopped here on my way back to michigan, and this will now be a must everytime I pass through! Staff was super friendly, kitchen was sparkling clean, and you can tell all the food is good quality. French fries were hand cut, meat was super tender, and the au jus is unbelievable. This is a must try, I wish I lived closer! I recommend the Italian beef sandwich, Italian beef eggrolls, and the hand cut fries!

Randomly stopped here on the way back from Cuyahoga and was absolutely blown away! I'm a huge fan of Italian Beefs and Au Jus 's did NOT disappoint. It's a chill dining area with fresh, hot food that'll make you wish you found the place sooner. The owners are very friendly and determined to keep this dream alive; you love to see it!

The food here is phenomenal! A true Chicago food destination. The Italian beef is not Chicago style but true Chicago Italian beef right down to the giardiniera. If you can handle the heat get the hot mix, it's an in house recipe. Just about everyone one was super friendly and sociable. The portions are very generous and you can tell the beef is home made, the spices and flavors are outstanding. If you want a true Chicago Italian beef experience this is the only place to go around here to get it. The only tiny complaint I do have is that if I prefer my beef dipped and all for it dipped, I want it dipped, not served with a pint of delicious au jus on the side. Yes the au jus is wonderfully delicious and obviously also home made but I wanted it dipped not sauce on the side. Like I said a very small complaint for a very good beef. I highly recommend you lock your teeth around this sangwich and get an Italian sausage while you're at it!

We got the Cuban and Sicilian press sandwiches and both were fantastic 5/5 sandwiches. Split the pickles, onion rings and fries amongst the family and all were great. The pickles might have been the best fried pickle chip I’ve had. Lightly battered and flavor on pickle is perfect. The Italian beef egg rolls were pretty good too.

The cleanest restaurant I've ever seen. Everything sparkles in there. The sandwiches are huge and the prices are fantastic. The Trfecta is SPICY! The egg rolls are to die for. We always get the pickle chips and onion rings to share as sides and they are also amazing and go perfect with their sandwiches. And they are fast on service.
