Service and cleanliness is the issue with this location. That comes from lack of good management Counter where you are to order food is packed full of junk and waste papers. Went to check out and the lady was more worried about her phone and text conversation than getting my order paid for. Only reason they stay in business is because they are in a captive audience area.

Always incredibly dirty and unsanitary. The coffee station is always piled up with months (or maybe years) of sticky gunk, dust, and crud. The creamer containers look like they haven't been washed in ages. And that's right when they first opened! Shocking considering its located within Vanderbilt Medical. Never opens on time. Employees are extremely lazy, rude and careless. I seriously can't believe that this place passes health codes!!!

I bought a Turkey Wrap there today. The service was fast and it was the best wrap I've ever had.Very Fresh I may go back tomorrow just for the food , no Dr's appointment
