Beautiful space and friendly staff.
Mean staffing cussing out customers and not serving drinks . Worst bar in btown
Great service great decor but no pool table and I guess that draw the odd crowd I felt out of place went to the video had a great time
I rarely leave reviews, but I was so disappointed at my treatment here last night that I felt I had to post. After showing the bouncer my ID, I was promptly told “no undergrads” and was ushered away from the door. It really shouldn’t be relevant, but I’m 23 with a degree (not from IU) and a full time job. Not to mention I was literally born and raised in this town, and my family has been here for over 3 decades. I nearly get it, you’re trying to be an oasis of millennial and older in a sea of college bars. However, the bouncer was so incredibly rude about it that I will never be returning. A certain level of tact is necessary if you’re going to be selective about what kind of person you want in your bar. Shaming people for their appearance and age is not tact, it’s bully behavior, and it has no place at ANY establishment. Save your money and go to a different bar if you look like you’re still on your parent’s insurance.
They’re probably the worst bar experience I’ve ever had. and I was only in the bar for 30 seconds. I was with some friends and they literally told us to leave because of how we dressed. Which was surprising because they are located underneath a gay bar and claim to be civil with all types of oppressed people. But they openly discriminated us. With a very rude tone at that and ushered us out with their hands. It was a disgusting experience. This is not the kind of bar the should be located where a huge state college is.
