Parking: Over 50 spots in Ashley mall that is free and also right next door there is parking in Ansley mall parking lot that is free. Wheelchair accessibility: 1st floor has ramps for people with disabilities. 2nd floor does not have the facilities to get you up. But the employees are very accommodating to help you up. Still in remodeling so they will eventually have that access. The employees will do what they can to help.
Horrible experience. Locals will set with you and basically interrogate you and when they don't agree with your resources. Go out of their way to cause a scene.
Experienced a microaggression tonight from a bar tender upstairs, who was defending a customer that pushed me, after they bumped into me as I was approaching the bar. Instead of defusing the situation, he (bar tender) continued to ignore me and not provide immediate service. While he apologized to customers that were the same ethnicity as him (White Americans) after they approached the bar after me. I see now why this establishment, despite its name changed, has an issue. Not only is the staff not diverse; the way Black Americans are treated by staff is evidently different.
I came around 5:00 pm and ordered lemon pepper wings with French fries and it was pretty good. I watched as everybody food came out and it all looked amazing . . Im definitely coming back to try something different .
I have enjoyed this place since it took the new space over, but this one bartender there, Russell, is the rudest bartender I've ever seen. He made rude comments to every person in line, and doesn't match the vibe of the other guys that work there.
Not the Eagle that I know about
For starters, I've never gone to any establishmen thatdidn't recognize me for free entrance. Normally when I come out the paparazzi is about! But thanks to Miss Management my driver had to pay! And the bartenderess had issues with the shots being top shelf for a better tip! Which I get for free! And the bathroom was so slippery with used condoms that if I'd fallen there'd a been a lawsuit! And the music sounded like Milli Vanilli because the disc kept skipping so much! And if the DEA would've been there nobody would've had their prescription bottles in hand! And that Baptist tour bus that broke down out front handing out tracts was the first time I was recognized that night with autograph! Next time show some respect and comp my friends too! Parking: Okay, first I only do valet. Second, if you think I'm paying for parking and I'm the "Star" attraction forget it! Next week carve the pavement leading my Rolls to the front door! Kid-friendliness: I was there last weekend to show my children what a good time you can have being gay! Alcohol is a must! EBT benefits are too! Thus the education. The only thing taken from the experience was one of my daughters stealing a fifth of Puckers. Definitely plan on becoming a member for life!
