Incredible lunch tasting menu!! Their presentation is some of the best I’ve ever seen, with each plate or bowl being so unique and beautiful. We also loved the mocktail wine pairing. We’ve never seen this available before and love that more restaurants are making this an offering. The food was delicious but for the price, you could go to other Michelin star restaurants and find better. If your goal is beautiful food presentation this is definitely the place for it. I will call out one of the mocktails was so good we went out and bought it ourselves!!

Vegetarian options: They surprised me by replicating everything thing on the chefs tasting menu to a vegetarian equivalent.

During WW2 the Nazis had a torture technique where they would starve a person and then bring them very small quantities of delicious food with long periods in-between in order to drive that person mad. That's what the experience at this restaurant felt like. Came hungry and left hungry. Presentation on many of the plates was laking. Too much repeated use of foam. Flavors weren't anything "out there". If you're a fan of going to high end places for a great experience, you won't find any novelty here. Service was great though.

Went to Aska to celebrate an anniversary and was not disappointed. The food was exquisite and the service exceptional. My partner (who’s allergic to and dislikes the taste of alcohol) had the non-alcoholic pairing, which turned out to be zero proof wines, let the staff know and they went above and beyond to try to make the rest of the service as enjoyable as possible.

The dishes are really excellent! All four of us enjoyed them very much. They balanced the sweet and savor very well and every dish is professionally made. Great job, kudos for the chefs ;) The service, however, can be further improved: while certain waiters did their service very well, some waiters will forget to serve us from the right side only, and I can tell that the table is not being cared for the entire time, since there was a utensil lid being left on our table for at least more than 10 minutes. This place charges you the full price when you make the reservation (FYI: the reservation cannot be rescheduled or cancelled ), which is, to an extent, not the most appropriate way to treat the customers— what if any emergency happened so the customer cannot make to the meal? It might have been more understandable if they just charged for the raw material/ingredients fee up first instead of charging the whole thing. Other than the fully prepay policy, it was really a fabulous experience, keep up the good work!

This is a restaurant I've visited multiple times, and each visit brings new and innovative dishes. I believe the chef's team has put a lot of thought into the design of the menu. Every dish is beautifully presented, and most of the food is delicious. What impresses me the most about their cuisine is the incorporation of solids (meat and vegetables), liquids (soups), and gases (aromatic food vapors), creating a rich and dimensional taste experience. As it's a Nordic restaurant, some ingredients are rare in North America, adding to the uniqueness. For those looking to experience Nordic cuisine, this place is an excellent choice.
