Food was good, service was amazing and I like the decor. Kid-friendliness: We ate late. The server gave my kids the last 2 pieces of the cake from that day.
The Shanghai chicken was OK, but tough and the fried rice had 8 peas and few bits of carrot and the fried rice was dry. On the positive side the Tom yum soup tasted good a had lots of vegetables. Back to the dark side the spring rolls had almost no filling and I didn't like the flavor of the hot and sour soup. The kun ming Budda delight was good. I know places that suit me better.
Sesame chicken scorched at the bottom of take out container. Called and reported to night supervisor. Told she would replace half order. I told her the entire order tasted burnt.i was not going to drive 10 miles to replace a half order of burnt sesame chicken. Have pictures and will try and post.
Everything was just perfect
Really good food. Very reasonable pricing on their lunch menu. Open, airy seating. The parking lot is pretty small for their customer base, and the spots aren't roomy either. Service is a bit slow, but it may just be understaffing when I was there. You may have to request chop sticks.
I had a pick up order which I picked up less than 20 minutes after calling it in even though the person on the phone told me 20 min. When I got my food the chicken was hard, the rangoons were hard and the rice was hard. It tasted like it had been sitting out a very long time. I was highly disappointed. I won’t be going back.
