Asian Box

We love working with Eli, Ben, and the MV Asian Box team! Their customer service is top notch and they are highly responsive and on time every time. Couple that with the top notch food from Asian Box and it's a recipe for success every time which matters in catering. We greatly appreciate the Asian Box MV and team TY from founderfood and friends!

I enjoy Asian Box, but this whole place smells like a bathroom. As though somebody urinated in the corner and it never got cleaned up. This has persisted across a couple of separate visits.

Quantity was so little for the price when we went on Saturday morning and it was pretty empty. There were only few pieces of chicken - Palo Alto location seems better

Smells really bad inside the store today. I was planning to dine in but ended up doing take out. Garden Box was yummy tho. Does it always smell like this?

The best ever — get the garden box with noodles!

This is a place I sometimes come to pick up lunch. I'd give it 4.5 stars overall, but since google only lets me do full-star increments, I'm grading it 4 stars for now. The food is very consistent, but almost to a fault because it almost feels like a robot prepared it, despite clearly seeing actual people on the food prep line. It's a little dissettling, for some reason. My favorite menu item for now is chicken curry. If I find something else that I like better, I may update this to 5 stars.

So tired of getting bad, flavorless, sub par food from them!! It is SO hit and miss now, it's not worth the risk. No one from this company cares and no one does anything to rectify things via the delivery platform we use. So sad because we have spent so much patronizing their other location in Campbell as well. We are so over their inconsistent, poor quality now. Time to move on...

The food is decent for the price. One star off because instead of being honest about their prices, they have a hidden "overhead" surcharge tacked on at the end. Overhead costs are supposed to be part of the price, not an extra fee. They should raise their up-front prices and remove these hidden fees.
