Also, includes music teacher studios, art studios (but not open all the time depending on artist) and a violin restoration and repair artisan. Nice spot, a little tired looking but a-ok retro vibe (?) Java was good enough. Staff def less than friendly, but probably stressed newbies in learning curve. Support independent cafes!
