Artigiano Hornby

As a regular costumer I feel very let down, today I went to get my coffee and first of all, the body odor of the the woman taking orders was really bad, it not the first time that this happens but today I couldn't stand it. I understand cultures and all but it's a place where food and beverages are managed. so I don't get why hygiene is not required to work there; anyway it took the barista 10 minutes to make my drink, it wasn't even busy, and when I finally got my coffee, surprise! it looked undrinkable and gross. I used to love this place, but now I have to look through the window to see who's working, anyway. I'm not coming back. You lost another regular costumer, shocker why next door is full of people!

One of the best Americanos I’ve ever had! Almond croissant and the cheese scone were delicious! I really liked the European style atmosphere inside with small round tables.

While I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, I felt compelled to share my recent experience at the café. Today, I ordered two large fredos, but received two medium-sized drinks instead. Unfortunately, I noticed the error too late. This isn't the first time I've encountered an issue; previously, the cashier (same older lady working today), assumed the size of my drink without confirming. I believe it's important to provide feedback, as it's evident that this isn't the standard of service expected.

Open later than other Artigiano locations. Some of the best blend espresso in Vancouver. Comparable to Seattle coffee.. better than Starbucks espresso sold in Canada. Thanks Nysha (manager). Update: The blend is okay, but not as it was back in November of last year. Unfortunate as it was excellent and comparable to Seattle blends. Starting to taste more like JJ Bean than classic Artigiano. Darn shame.

This cafe is amazing and they even made me a customized baguette because of my dietary restrictions!!

Had a very bad experience this time at the cafe. The food didn’t taste fresh and the coffee was also very week.

The staff were OK. Didn’t go around and make sure tables were clean. The vegetarian breakfast sandwich was nice.
