Artichoke Basille's Pizza (Tempe)

CLOSED!! This location has been closed our family will miss it being right down the street!

We like pizza just as much as everybody else. We were huge fans of the Margarita Pizza in particular. We used to buy pizza from this location every single Friday or Saturday even though it's about a 20-minute drive for us. We stopped going. We had a bad experience with our last pizza order. It was super soggy, was falling apart, and we ended up having to toss it because it was not enjoyable. We were super disappointed when we sent them a message via the website to let them know about our experience (hoping they'd make it right), but we never got a response. Made us feel like they did not value our business. Super nice people. Generally good food. If you're in the area I would say give it a chance, but go into it knowing that they're usually understaffed and you might have bad luck with your pizza order.

Every time I go to get a slice of pizza or anything, they have the CLOSED sign up, I don’t understand why they’re closed so much specially around lunch time

Giant slice of super goodness, had the artichoke, very good, however its on the salty side, im not sure of the sodium count, but I would put it up high, its worth a try as its tasty. 2 thumbs up

We (7 women) mase reservations for lunch. We had reservations the week before but had to be turned away because the ovens weren't working. Yesterday, ended up quite busy but we weren't in a rush so stayed. Martin was very attentive and did the best he could and the young lady was hel9dul as well. We could only order beer.or house wine for our drink since the liquor could not be offered...we never did figure that out!? The food was good when it cane, but it took longer to get than Nirmal during the tine there, a very large group of people had to be turned away because there wasn't enough ataff to take care of them. My meal was reasy as everybody else was done eating so i has or boxed togo. The ataff was excellent, they can only do so much. Very disappointed! We have been thete in the past as a group and separately. Always good service and food. Now, the group wants to take Artichoke off the rotation list. We were told there isn't waot ataff on Wed and Thursday...that wasn't the case in the past since we always lunch on Thursdays. So now. We can't hotp Artichoke mon thru Thursday? I wish you luck but feel this location suffers greatly.lack of staff, but also in a spot that people drivibg ny don't see. Mostly word of mouth. Kid-friendliness: There were a couple children with pare t there, very well behaced, but.the long wait could be a problem fir kids with less manners or attention span.

Just a disappointing experience. The food was kind of bland and the server took so long to get what I asked for. I asked for water three times and never ended up getting it. I wouldn't go back.

I wish I could rate them 6 stars! Sitting here right down indulging in my artichoke spinach & margarita slices while I sip on my tasty-taste mango margarita... they took a slightly long time to get the food out (which never happens) and they offered free dessert! Gotta love our waiter w/ the Canadian tuxedo. Never packed, which is a mystery to me... Love this place!!!
