Arsenio's Mexican Food

This place was absolutely terrible! From pulling up to the window and ordering to receiving our food and the customer service during the entire transaction was all terrible. The hard taco we ordered looks like somebody smashed it before putting in it in the bag and and it was sopping wet by the time we got home, they put our burrito on top of a enchilada making that also wet and nasty. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and they gave me asada and I don't like the fact that the windows are completely blacked out so you can't even see what they're doing in there. For $60 this was an absolute disaster and I will never go here again I do not recommend.

Bit pricy but easy munchie spot

The food is 3.5stars I ordered chicken nachos with everything,, first thing that caught my eyes was the big chunks of chicken under the melted cheese and the red salsa is very spicy service was good for drive thru pick ups so I can't speak for dining area but for 9.99 you get what turned out to be enough lunch for two

When coming here it can be a hit and miss it all depends. This location you must ask for the sauce you want and at times will only be given one of each. The service here depends on what type of mood they are in some days the order taker is cool and other days who knows. I would say over all it’s an ok place for a quick bite to eat.

Tacos and asada fries are bomb

If I could leave no stars I would. This location is run by the laziest workers I have ever encountered. I thought it was weird they took long when there was neither anyone behind us or in front of us, but they confirmed our order with us 3 times and then proceeded to charge me for beans on my burrito that I did not receive and when I went back to ask for beans, they took my burrito back and said they would fix it for me and then they proceeded to take a while to bring my burrito back and they said it was a big mama burrito so I thought they may have remade it, instead when I went for a bite, my mouth was FULL of torilla so I went to open the burrito to see what was inside and they put my original bitten burrito inside of a tortilla after spreading the THINNIEST amount of beans to glue the two tortillas together instead of just unwrapping my original one or even just adding beans to it. I have no words for what was going through their mind when they thought it a good idea. I will never return to this location.

Food here is fire. Carne asada meat is mid grade seasoned well. Beans are fire. Fresh cilantro. Meat to rice and beans ratio is much more generous than some shops trying to penny pinch. Tortillas are grilled to perfection. Service could be friendlier. Overall, 4.7 stars for what it is.
