Arriba Mexican Grill - Barrington

We were here on a Saturday afternoon. Food was delicious, it came out quickly, and our server Marieta was great. Excited to come back for more.

We had a great experience dining as a couple at Arriba. Food and drinks were outstanding. The tacos are authentic and high end. Margaritas are excellent (and strong). Service was quick, friendly, and helpful. It's a pretty casual atmosphere, so probably good for everything from a date to a happy hour, and good for families too. Nicer food quality and presentation than you would find at a typical Mexican restaurant. Strongly recommend!

Amazing service, delicious food and drinks, and kid-friendly! We visited Arriba for the first time this evening for dinner. We were welcomed right away and served delicious drinks! New favorite margarita. The nachos appetizer was a great portion and filled with everything you could want! We had the Santa Fe Salad and Pastor tacos and they were both filled with flavor and very enjoyable. Our kids loved the decor and menu options. We had a great experience! We will definitely be visiting again.

We have visited Arriba on 3 occasions and were very pleased with the food and service we received. The food is amazing. This is not your little burrito/taco joint. Arriba has done an amazing job of creating very high end food at a reasonable price. I personally love the Arriba Taco, Abajo Taco and the Al Centro taco. They also make a Mexican Pina Colada made with tequila instead of rum that is amazing. We also love the added touch of having an orchid placed on your dinner plate. My only suggestion would be for them to offer a ground beef option for the kids tacos. My boys don't care for steak or chicken. This is a new little gem in Barrington. We will be back soon!
