Arepa & Co Venezuelan Restaurant - Haggerston

Pedi mi postre favorito, una tres leches, y por dos veces me ha llegado en mal estado, estaba ácida. Una segunda decepción. I am so disappointed about this place. The fist time I ordered the tres leches was sour. I decided to give them a second chance so yesterday I took one take away and when I tried at home it was sour as well.

Very tasty arepa and vegetarian breakfast.

It was our first experience of Venezuela food and we loved everything we ordered. A young man offered us his help explaining what is what and it was absolutely beautiful. Tasty, fresh, brilliant presentation, plus service was splendid. Thank you!

Lovely spot along the canal and outdoor seats are all in the sun. Food is delicious but small portion sizes for the price. No table service (you order via QR codes) and there isn't any signal so its difficult to order.

This place is a real gem! Discovered during the first lockdown on long walks along the canal. I only wish it was closer. Their vegetarian cachapas del campo are to die for! Topped with yuca chips it’s the street food of gods no less.

The attendants are kind and efficient, which is becoming something really hard to find in London after Brexit. The place is amazing, you can have a table just by the regent's canal and the decoration is nice, Latin America all over the place. The only caveat is the food, if you're searching for authentic food I'm not sure if it's the place, it seems very adapted to a London/ trendy style - which is not a problem and probably makes more success in a place like this. It's worth going there
