Can't believe I'm just trying Arby's. Very slept on, Great customer service.

I placed an order through Uber eats today,crispy chicken sandwich meal(jalepeno poppers)instead of fries and their chicken nuggets which I taste for the very first time 2 days ago,mind you,was super excited to be ordering the nuggets bcuz to me better than anyone’s nuggets,they messed up my whole order except the poppers,instead of chicken I got a Rueben sandwhich(WELP GUESS WHO DONT EAT RED MEAT!!!!!!!!!) then on top of that,no nuggets at ALL IN THE BAG,then,here’s the biggie,I don’t like to drink soda so I asked for fruit punch,guess what was sent…. Root beer soda,this will be my first and last ordering from them,my receipt says everything I ordered yet my bag has everything I don’t eat,I want to throw up from the smell of this beef……O and did I mention…..they won’t even answer their company phone,called three times. No wonder I never had them before,lesson learned god,might have great food but obviously people don’t know their chicken from their beef,smfh,great way to get someone sick,WAY TO GO ARBYS in Yonkers ,WAY TO GO!!!!! O and got the dam nerve to have no REFUNDS ON THE BOTTOM of their receipts

Orders are slow but my food is good & tasty: Love the Wagyu ( kobe meat ) hamburgers, Briskets , Roast beef, fish filets. I prefer meats at Arby’s better than Mc Donald and Burger kings. I take out.

Terrible Only 2 workers waited an hour fory order that I preordered.

Got a few sandwiches and sides. The manager looking guy was very friendly and helpful but when we ordered he upgraded us to large meals that we didn't ask for. We just went with it. He did try to up sell us on desserts too. Anyway, I asked to change my sandwich right after I ordered and they were accommodating. Took a little while even tho we were the only ones there. Not a big deal. Got our order but as I walked out the wife realized they gave us Krinkle fries instead of Curley fries. Got home and ate after setting down and her beef and cheddar was cold. Maybe chalk that up to the drive home. Anyway, not sure if I'd go back as it was out of the way to get to in the first place for us.

Unfortunately, the employee running the front is not fit for the job. The employees hurt the feel. Does not feel like an Arby's. Communication was a huge issue. I could not understand much of what he was saying. The food did not represent any of my previous experiences throughout the years of going to other Arby's locations. Don't see how they'll survive. I ordered online to minimize the wait. Still waited over 20 minutes, and there was only one other person there. Not busy at all. So I figured I'd get good hot food. Not close. Barely warm. Went back to the counter, and he stuck his whole finger in the sandwich and he could tell by the look on my face that getting me to take this sandwich back was a really bad idea. He had a glove on, so I presume he thought this was ok. He had the order redone, no difference. Bread stiff, no heat. The beef on the cool side of warm and cut too thick. Fries were mostly edible by temperature but dumped some because they were too hard/cold. Even the fountain drink was off. I took two first timers with me, and I can guarantee they'll never have Arby's again. That was conveyed. This was awful. Nothing about this felt like Arby's. Typically, I've had Arby's in Waterbury CT. No issues ever. Here, never again.

I came to this Arby’s because I had such fond memories of the infamous Beef & Cheddar sandwich. My sandwich was mostly bread, cold! With the main part of the sandwich Cheddar is missing Only a plop of cheddar and barely any of the sweet bbq sauce that I also remembered. I was the only patron so you think it would have been top notch! Nope! Boo Yonkers Arby’s you fall short of my warm memories of the Beef & Cheddar. Get it together, those sandwiches are $10 bucks and up! Don’t be so stingy!

The Yonkers Ny location manager stated he did know about the Big 2 burger meal deal. So I paided full price. Also they are know for "We have the meats". That beef burger looked like white castle, thin, & not tasty. Wife had a chicken sandwich, also thin.
