Arby's

I was there today, 2/8/24. Went threw the drive through. Waited almost 12 minutes for 4 sandwiches. Asked me to pull up and wait. Employee finally came out with my food. There was 10 ketchup packets in the bag, I didn't ask for ketchup, I asked her if there was Arby's sauce and horsey sauce, I told her I asked for the sauce, she walked back in and I overheard her say ( don't we have an attitude) and I said no you have an attitude. Manager needs to straighten her out. Didn't catch her name. Never going back there. I'm sure other people have had the same experience. Find another Arby's Please.

Ordered, they were missing items, didn’t give a receipt went back to get my missing item and looked at me like I was lying. I just left. Didn’t want to even bother. I was on my work break didn’t have time for them to “find my order”.

Great service

I spoke to someone on the phone, to see if they had any key chains left. They only had two so I asked if she could hold on to one cuz I could be there in 10 minutes. Very courteous on the phone. When I got there I told her who was and she happily gave me the keychain. We talked for a minute, very good employee. I will absolutely go back to this store. Parking: The only thing or the parking spots or not the same, some were straight, while others angled.

So the guy who was taking orders sounded A little irritated and rude. But the guy at the window seemed nice.. not sure if they where the same guy. Got the 2 for 7 beef n cheddar but they barely had any cheese on them. A quarter size quart was all that was on them each.. now these are my favorite from arbys but really disappointed bout the amount of cheese put on.. an the curly fries where cold..

Deplorable. Fish sandwich was horrific. Fries were old. Never again. Especially when the employees were hitting on my date instead of cooking the now nasty food. Don't waste your money here. Close this location and put a different restaurant here. Bye forever.

This place is a joke. Employees take forever to make orders. I’ve come here for personal food and for DoorDash orders and it’s the same story every time… an extremely loooooooong wait. Mainly at night, even with the restaurant empty.
