Y’all really are terrible.
The ruben was good. Curly fries were ok. Service was 100%. Great team.
I am outside the building with doors locked. Worker was outside left us outside with no explanation as to why the lobby is closed at 7:12 p.m. with customers inside. Worker basically shut door in our face. Business appears to be fully staffed, but I felt it was extremely rude to have another worker let them in but leave us outside with no explanation as to why doors are locked. I've never experienced anything like that before at a business, where there is no words exchanged and your just left outside. Arbys may have the meats but are lacking in customer service.
Food was absolutely gross. Drink was old no flavor. Now I see why you all have a 2.0 yelp rating. I won’t be back. Fries were fresh tho
I'd love me some fresh and good arbys. Raised my review because things have improved. Keep it up!
I realize that typically fast food places don't get the best reviews, but I've never been to one where EVERYTHING was wrong with my order. They put cheese sauce on my roast beef sandwich when I wanted just the classic roast beef, they forgot to put my fries in the bag, my apple turnover was actually a cherry turnover, and my drink was just carbonated water because they needed to change the syrup. But if that's not enough, the real reason I'm writing this review is because while I was sitting there waiting on my order, a lady came in who had gone through the drive through and she was missing two items as well. They obviously don't listen, don't read, or don't care at this location.
Got in before it rained. The gentleman that gave us our food really seemed to enjoy his job. Will be back!
