Ordered the bacon Swiss chicken with no tomato and got exactly what I didn’t want curly fries where amazing as usual order a root beer got a doctor pepper instead I ordered at march 24 2024 at 6:56 pm

The drive threw person was rude

Slow counter service & clerk was rude.

***Updated review!! They absolutely made things right!! They reached out and took what I had to say to heart. I went back again and had a very delicious, and very fresh meal where I sat in their dining area and enjoyed it. Thank you for listening to your customers!! I don't know if it was because I went in the later evening - 8 pm, but my roast beef was mushy and in small pieces. Was not appetizing at all. This location is usually very good! Hopefully, they just had an off day......

I had two pieces of hair on my food and it took ten minutes for my chicken and fry meal to come out. It was not busy which means your food should already be ready. This is poor customer service and unhealthy food guidelines.

This Arby's does not distinguish itself from any other I've known, but for the uncommon beauty of it's window side hostesses.

Always takes up my whole lunch break just to get my food and staff are never friendly.. sad because I love my arbys!
