I made an online order in the morning to be picked up at 5:45pm. One employee was more interested in texting on her phone and all the employees were joking around and were having non work related conversations.Also, I was told they didn’t have Jamocha shake, even though I ordered it. I finally got my order at at 6:01. Your employees need remedial training and if something is out of stock, it should be updated on your app and online. Worst Arbys location ever.
This place is honestly a disgrace 45 minutes in the drive through fries are cold they prefry everything and flash fry when ordered so I don’t understand how my fries were room temp at best. Attempted coming to this locations a few weeks ago they said they couldn’t take any orders at lunch time. Never going there again knock that place down start fresh.
Extremely long wait at Drive through. Employee apologies at window. Appears they are short staffed. Everything else was 5 stars
Forget Popeyes. Arby’s has the best chicken sandwich in all of the fast food places. IMO.
The only thing I go to Arby's to get is the fish sandwiches and they serve those only during Lent combination probably make these a permanent item because this is the first time in my life that I've seen Arby's have more than two cars in the Drive-Thru. I don't think it's been remodeled since the 80s possibly 90s, but definitely not in the 2000s. It looks like the absolutely give zero fks about the interior or exterior. I think I will be severely depressed if I had to work here, because the environment is not at all inviting. Booooo!
Doors locked at noon. I WORK for a living! I need to come in and wash my hands. The drive thru might be ok for office workers. I ate lunch at a competitor.
