Poorly managed with rude staff. Guys, if you don't like the job...leave. There are so many jobs. It's a job designed so even teens can do it. Being in our mid 20s-30s, it should be cake work. Big boi at drive thru needs his binky. Never seen a child so big.
The line backs up but the people are friendly and helpful
Everything was good except they substituted crinkle fries for curly fries.
Unhappy unprofessional employees. Eating while at the window. Eating while taking your order. Closing early. I LOVE the mozzarella sticks at Arby's. Brisket meal was awful... no brisket, overpriced. Kids meal is wayyyyyyy overpriced. Employees are seriously the absolute worst. Slam the window on you. No condiments. Treat you like you interrupting them is a problem. I might give zero stars if possible. I believe that's why arby's is becoming extinct. Your employees set the tone. Your manager is supposed to lead. Not be eating with an attitude. The world has gone mad and so has this location. The owner needs to seriously undercover boss this specific location. It should not cost $50+ in a drive thru for a family of 3. Make that make sense?!?
We order Arby's a lot through Door Dash. There is always something missing or wrong. The last 3 times we've ordered mozzarella sticks they don't sent the marinara sauce. Sandwiches come with sauce or cheese we checked to remove. I ordered a plain turkey sandwich...bread and turkey. They couldn't even get that right. For what you pay, it's very frustrating and disappointing knowing something will be missing or wrong. These are not issues Door Dash can control, this is all on the Arby's staff at 100th and Washington.
Fun and fabulous to shop at❣️ Great prices and they do have sales❣️
The drive thru was very fast for our two fish sandwiches. However, there was no smile or thank you. I could barely hang onto the small sack that was thrust at me. When I got home, we found the sandwiches to be very dry. There was hardly any tartar sauce. The fish portion was nicely generous. My sandwich looked like the shredded lettuce was thrown on it and most was outside the bun. I guess we will need to ask for extra sauce if we return. We tried this location because we are sorry that our Arbys on Halsey has closed.
