They closed their drive thru for "weather" on a blue sky beautiful day waste of my time

The Drive Thru wait at this location was unreasonable. We pulled up to the Drive Thru because our family was in a time crunch. With only 2 cars ahead of us in line, we were in the Drive Thru for a very very long time. The staff was very friendly and nice, I’m assuming they are understaffed and this location is managed horribly. We will not return to this location again because of the unusually long wait. We go to Drive Thru restaurants when we need food fast, this location was terribly slow when they weren’t even busy.

Slow service. No one was there when we ordered, so you'd think it would be quick... NOPE! Also the food wasn't hot at all. The fries tasted like they were made an hour ago. The fish was not even remotely hot. Basically don't come to this Arby's if u want hot or fresh food. Bye bye 17$ cuz 80% of our food went in the trash 🤮

This Arby's always closes early. Tried to go through the drive through at 8:50pm tonight and they had already closed. This isn't the first time it's happened either. When you try to call the store it plays their "with another customer" message and the hours on their website say open til 12am. It would be nice if they could update their hours online or have them on the phone.
