The worst Arby's service in my lifetime. Froes so old they break your teeth. Meat smelled rotten, no sauces. This is so bad i.might call the bbb, and health department. I tried to call they don't answer phones

They accidentally forgot to put fries in my order so I call in and asked for a manager. The manager lady was professional and accommodating. I appreciate them doing so. I will return for this reason. Thank you.

I order online today for a free buffalo chicken wrap. When I get there they never got my order. They made my order right then but the manager was saying my order was not finalized. How did I get the screen saying go to store and pick up order? The manager should take more responsibly for computer gliches. Do not blame the customer.
