The burger was very dry and the fries were nothing special, they were very filling.

The fish sandwich is freaking amazing crispy on The outside and flaky on the inside almost twice the size of the McDonalds filet o fish and cheaper

Not enough roast beef advertised on TV with more beef. Serve with what looked like 2 slices of beef the 2 for six.

Decent food but dried melted cheese on the so called "Cheese Fries" and potato skins in the "Mashed Potatoes" brought down the quality of the meal.

This location has to be the worst in all of New York. You can be the only person placing an order and they will still take 20+ minutes to give you your stuff. On top of that, they’ll package up your sandwiches and have them sitting on the counter getting cold while they take way too much time to heat up fries. It’s ridiculous how bad this location is.

I didn't know Arby's was in NYC. I passed by when I was in Manhattan. When I was in the area again I decided to try it. I had the Fish N Cheddar Sandwich. It wasn't the best fish sandwich. It tasted kind of bland. I also had curly fries and they were cold. Even though the cashier was pleasant, I had to wait a bit to get service because she had to help the cook. But a few young people were sitting around the restaurant. So I wasn't sure if they worked there. I'm not sure if I will try their food again.
