Jim the manager has a serious attitude problem and when your trying to speak to him he gives you an attitude as if to say how dare you speak to me and why are you even here
This particular Arby's has a fun crowd working. They know how to have fun while they're doing their job. I was pretty satisfied with my meal

It takes them forever to serve your food .
There were 2 people in office and 1 in back and 1 running drive thru and front. Only 1 car in drive thru and myself and husband at front. The young girl walked off to drive thru and never acknowledged us. We ask if someone was coming to front and her reply was “there are only 2 of us running it all” no customers but all she should have said was I will be right there. Whoever is doing the training actually needs to be retrained themself. You should always greet a customer and acknowledge they are there
