The lady employee/cashier wasn't happy to be at work (her expression and thrill level ). The fries were cold, nasty, and taste like they've been sitting around all day, not fresh at all which made their "new chicken bacon ranch cheese fries" awful and I doubt I'll try it again at another location because nasty fries is a turn off.

Ordered online and when I got there they were out of fish. They were very cool about it and let me sub a gyro for the fish sandwich. Also got the brown sugar bacon BLT. It was too sweet for me.

I'm not sure what's going on here. This is the second time in one month that they were out of things. First time was bacon. The most recent time, they were out of roast beef!
